Non-executive Director, is Managing Director of Amira Consulting. He is former Finance Director and Financial Controller of manufacturing companies supplying automotive components, engineering & surveying products and chemicals. His particular specialty is development of new companies from conception through to sales. He is a member of the Institute of Management and Institute of Directors.

Non-exceutive Director, From 1993 to his retirement in 2000, Mitch served as Chairman of the international business of SmithKline Beecham Plc., with responsibility for all pharmaceutical, vaccine, and consumer sales for all territories outside of North America and Europe. He served as President Japan/Pacific for SmithKline Beecham Plc from 1991 to 1993, with responsibility for pharmaceutical and vaccine businesses in Southeast Asia, china, Japan, Australia, and New Zealand. From 1985 to 1991, Mitch served as President, Japan, for Bristol-Myers Squibb. From 1982 to 1985 he served as President of Mead Johnson, Canada, a subsidiary of Bristol-Myers. Before holding that position, he served in various capacities in finance and general management at Bristol-Myers. He sits on the boards of several private companies, including biotech and medical device companies and is a graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington and holds an MBA from Columbia University.

Chairman, CEO and founder of EMcision, is Chair of Surgery and the Head of Liver and Pancreas Surgery at Imperial Colleege Healthcare Trust at Hammersmith Hospital as well as at the Imperial College London.   Nagy was  Pro-rector in charge of commercial affairs for Imperial College London. Nagy is a member of more than a dozen British, American and international scientific societies and holds several honorary professorships and continues to give lectures around the world. He has secured over GBP 8 million of grant funding and has registered numerous patents. He has a history of inventing and commercializing medical devices.

Non-executive Director, is Emeritus Professor of Orthopaedic Surgery at Imperial College London.  He is an Honorary Consultant orthopaedic Surgeon at the Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust and the Royal Navy.  He is a member of numerous medical councils and committees and has published over 260 scientific papers and book chapters.

Non-executive Director, is Chairman of the CUBIS A/S, a Danish private equity group. He was Vice President in Corporate Banking with Jyske Bank A/S i Denmark and holds numerous directorships in mostly Nordic companies.

Non-executive Director, is visiting Professor of Surgery at the Imperial College Faculty of Medicine and was Professor of Surgery at Aarhus University for eleven years. He has published more than 230 scientific papers and several book chapters. He co-founded DanDrit Biotech; Founder of Green Herbal Ltd, UK and Cairo Medical Group Ltd.

Non-executive Director, is a Retired Consultant Surgeon, previously Honorary Consultant Surgeon at St.Mary’s Hospital London and a Reseach Fellow at Havard Medical School in Boston, USA.  He is the author of many academic publications and chapters in standard surgical text books.

General Manager of EMcision, is the Administrative and Research Manager of the liver and pancreas surgery section of the Faculty of Medicine at Imperial College London Hammersmith Campus. Joanna is an experienced transplant coordinator and holds a BSc. from the University of Surrey as well as an MSc. from London Guildhall University.
